How to Prepare for Your Session
Before
Make sure to be well hydrated leading up to your session. Drink plenty of water and eat lightly to help your body prepare for the detoxifying effects of the EESystem.
Dress comfortably with plenty of layers to adjust to the temperature of the EESytem room. Our EES room is temperature controlled to create a cooler, relaxing environment.
Eat a small, nutritious meal before your session. You want to be satisfied but not overly full. This helps to increase the effects of the EESystem by not expending energy on digestion, but centering focus on the rest and repair mechanism of your body’s nervous system.
We highly recommend that you bring your own blanket, pillow, and water bottle! Your blanket and pillow will ensure your own comfort in the EESystem room, while your water is charged with the healing energies of the EESystem.
Come into your session with an open heart and mind. Prepare good intentions and affirmations to create your own miracle in the EESystem. Your body is more willing to accept physical and emotional healing if you trust your own natural healing power.
Meditation is a great way to tap into your power!
Lights will be dim, but you can bring a sleep mask if you’d like complete darkness.
Avoid perfume or scented oils as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.
During
Relaxing music will be playing during the session. The energy field is enhanced by the collective energy of the people who are sharing the space.
Guests are encouraged to not to bring cell phones into the treatment room.
Restrooms are available as needed in the building common area.
Food isn’t allowed in the energy room. Snacks are allowed in the waiting area.
Napping or Meditating is ideal.
Please respect the meditative space by remaining calm and serene.
After
It is extremely important to use a SEA SALT DETOX BATH or FOOT SOAK to pull toxins from your body within 24 hours of your EES session.
This helps minimize detox side effects such as brain fog and headaches.
We will be offering sea salt soaks for purchase at our location or you can follow the recipe below to make it at home! This is a crucial step in achieving maximum benefits!
Hydrate with plenty of water and follow up your session with light, nutrient dense meals. Your body needs whole foods to perform at its best, especially during and after detoxification.
Give your body time time to heal, rejuvenate and notice the effects of the EESystem. A full 8 hours or more is recommended to give your body time to heal and rejuvenate.
- Each person’s healing experience is unique; the body prioritizes its needs.
- Several 2-hour sessions provide more impact than the same number of hours in 1-hour sessions.
- The impact is cumulative. It is not possible to get too much healing energy.
- Luminescence Healing provides a quiet, dark and restful healing environment.
- It is advised not to bring electronics into the scalar room unless they are essential to you. IF A CELL PHONE IS BROUGHT INTO THE SCALAR ROOM, IT MUST BE TURNED OFF – IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A CALL, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PHONE WITH ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
- The space is equipped with zero gravity chairs and a few beds for your comfort.
- Some people prefer to wear eye shades and/or ear plugs to block any minor light or sounds.
- The sound system will play soft instrumental music of a healing frequency in the space.
- Plan to close your eyes and relax in order to achieve the highest benefit.
- Set your intentions for what you want to achieve. Meditation and/or silent prayer is recommended.
- Come with an open heart and mind, breathe divine life source into every cell of your body.
- It’s recommended to drink plenty of water and remain hydrated before, during and after each session.
- You may bring extra water to set in the space while you are in the session to charge your water.
- Wear comfy clothes and plan to bring layers should you become chilly while deeply relaxing.
- In consideration of others, please do not wear perfume or use lotion with a strong fragrance before coming to your session.
- You may want to bring a pillow. Light blankets provided.
- There is a waiting room, where you can wait for the start of your session.
- It is highly recommended that you take a salt bath within 24 hours of your session, to aid with the detoxification process.
- Drink filtered re-mineralized water (up to 2 litres per day)
- Important note: The following recipe can be used for 2-3 baths:
- 2 cups of sea salt (any good sea salt; not Epsom salt)
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax
- Optional additions:
- Pine oil or other essential oil
- ½ cup bentonite clay
- 2 tsp to ¼ cup of ginger powder
- 2 tsp to ¼ cup match green tea
- 2 cups food grade or regular hydrogen peroxide
- Put the ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest. It is also good to scrub your skin while in the bath.
- You may purchase a bag of “Detox Bath Salts” from Luminescence Healing. The Detox Bath Salts contain, sea salts, baking soda, borax, Glacial Clay, Green Tea Power and Ginger Powder.
- It is good to use a magnesium lotion or magnesium oil with coconut oil following the bath.
- AVOID ALL SEED OILS example: Corn Oil, Canola Oil, Peanut Oil
- Key diet concepts are: Fresh, live, raw – emphasize fruits and vegetables:
- Lemons, grapefruits, limes, berries
- Raw nuts
- Healthy fats (avocados are good)
- Lots of greens
- Choose organic foods if possible
- Drink water with juice from ½ of a lemon squeezed into it in the morning.
- Schedule additional sessions as close in time as possible to keep the healing momentum going.
